Billing, offended by customer service at home location

I had not used my membership until recently which will almost be a year, the month of April i was on 40 day quarantine but was never brought to my attention about the freeze period until Gabby recently explained to me, may, june, july payment has been made with no issues, today i was offended by the comment made by Derrik which i was explaining my situation and was then told in a rude offensive way it is only 24.00, which i felt was very disrespectful, i need some assistance from higher management please 480697**** thank you User's recommendation: Make sure customer service is given to you in a proper professional manner.
