Received our $350 bill Feb. 20, 2021 due March 1. Bill generated Feb. 17th. Add'l fine if not paid within 30 days. Decided to pay online since due soon. Followed instructions on bill. Got in fine. However, bill reflects $0. Called their office 2/26 and transferred to...
