Tried to get an explanation of why a recent payment was not posted to my Consolidated account. 4 calls. No honest explanation. First call, rep pretended he couldn't hear me. Second call, rep said bill went out same day payment was received. Still no adjustment for the payment? Guess not. Third call, rep said they didn't receive a previous payment. Untrue as verified by my bank. 4th call, rep said we received all payments including the recent one, but you still owe the full amount. This is unacceptable.
