Billing for “unauthorized purchase”

My elderly 101 year-old dad placed a single order for a product that he had purchased previously and felt that it would help relieve his arthritis pain. After receiving and using the product he said it do longer helped him (if it ever did). He paid for the product he received; but now 7 months later he has received and his credit card was billed for more of the product that he NEVER KNOWINGLY ORDERED. Apparently there is something in the FINE PRINT that he was authorizing future orders. HE WOULD NEVER KNOWINGLY AUTHORIZE FUTURE PURCHASES. If the product worked for him he would purchase it as needed..... never, ever set up for automatic shipments! We have not paid and will not pay and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. User's recommendation: Do not buy, do not attempt to reconcile and do not pay. File with the BBB.
