Billing errors & confusion

Orders that have free shipping and have out of stock items are months later shipped and shipping billed. Sale items are normally out of stock and shipped months later. Sale items are on the credit card as two charges...they take the sale price and deduct the discount....this is one charge for the item....then they charge the amount they deducted and charge it. Stupid doesn’t cover it!!! Never again....even though I like some of the items they sell. I have never been told my reviews weren’t wordy enough. Soft Surroundings is also ridiculous to speak with on the phone as they cannot seem to explain the policy that allows two separate charges to my credit card for one item.
