Billing dept. sucks!!!!!

Received a bill in the mail. I had 26 days to pay in full to get a small discount. (due 3/26/20) just got another bill today 3/20/20 stating that I will be turned over to collections. I called today called customer service and got a lady that could barely speak English and said NO YOU OWE $$$. I tried to ask for a supervisor, and she said '' SORRY NO SUPERVISOR HERE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CORONAVIRUS... OMFG. A F*&;;;%ing call center with no none in charge, They out source to another country. I need to call corporate. I bet I could ask my pet rock and get a much better answer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
