Billing/cancellation issue

I canceled their service on June 30,2020 and they are still taking $49.60 out of my account and they are telling me that it was never canceled and I would have to fill out paperwork and send it to them to get my money back. Well letting them know that I am going to turn them into the BBB and authorities for fraud sure changed everything and I will be getting my money back in 1 - 3 business days. Without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork and waiting another 3-4 weeks. User's recommendation: Do not do ANYTHING with this company as all they are doing is fraudulent.
