*SOLVED

Never answers the phone Lecanto Fl Office. Last quarter missed 7 pickups. Stopped Service. Want to charge me a 10.95 Service Charge for what reason I dont know! But billed for a total of 15.45 with NO EXPLAINATION for the extra 4.50. I am not paying them *** Nothing, Zip, never. I put in a written complaint in to them requesting a call, cant wait to unload on them.
