Billed for the service, someone hacked my service with another email

Was talked into getting the service by my AT&T store (they probably get commission) 03/2018. Never used it. Months later, I tried to cancel, but they could not find my account because someone had a different email address in my account. Three times now I have wasted over 1 hour on the 'chat' trying to get this resolved. They promised me they would issue the refunds the first 2 times and have not done it. Today, 10/2019, they claim they cannot find my account using the last 4 digits of the credit card and the expiration date. However they were able to give me some other address that they said was related to the account. That doesn't make any sense. 03/2018-10/2018 the amount charged was $39.64 monthly 11/2019 - 02/2019 the amount charged was $45.30 monthly I had to get this cancelled by my credit card denying the charges. They won't go back more than 60 days on a dispute and I didn't think about contacting them sooner on this issue. I trusted DIRECTV NOW would have good customer service.
