Billed after canceling my subscription

I messaged the company again after being unjustly billed because my subscription was canceled months ago. I asked them a second time to cancel my subscription and to submit a refund back to my bank account. That was approx. a week ago and I still have not received any kind of response back from them! User's recommendation: I would suggest thinking twice about a subscription if you don’t have $42.95 to just throw away.
