I received a bill for not making a Feb. Payment. I have never applied for any loan from Citizens One or any other Mail type of Personal Loan. Checking on Line and it came up as a SCAM Letter. I wonder how many Senior Citizens are getting this stuff and sending money for not ever having a loan through Citizens One. User's recommendation: Be careful and double check this company before you commit.
