Bill not received on mail 6/08/21date

i had booked ola outsation cab on 6th august 2021, ride has been completed & payment has been done but in app still its showing as ongoing and i am unable to get the bill, tried many ola customer care number but no one has responsed we bad customer support center. User's recommendation: Still my problem didn't got solved.
