Bill increase

Cox offers affordable plans for new customers but continues to increase cost for long term customers. After 30 years I will be leaving Cox after they continually go up in price and do nothing for the long term customer who they will not let downgrade to a affordable plan. User's recommendation: Dont get fooled by the initial plan costs.
