I cancelled their service by leaving a voice message (hindsight use a letter and save a copy). They billed me for the following quarter and continue to harass with phone calls and collection threats even after I provided proof that I had contracted another provider during the disputed time frame. I was told the matter had been resolved but I may still get robocalls for a month or so. Now, instead I get a letter from a collection agency.
