Bilked out of thousands and still fighting

The company incorrectly billed Express Scripts (6-7 days instead of just 6 days). Claims were denied and billed through UHC. Express Scripts would pay at 100% but the Medtronic said Express Scripts didn't cover it. Three years and thousands of dollars later, Express Scripts has always covered it, Medtronics just billed it wrong. Now every month I have to call in and fight with them to bill it correctly. They refuse to acknowledge the issue and said I need to call every month.
