Bike assemble

The guy that was supposed to assemble my sons bike on Friday 07/23 that I purchased from Walmart never showed up he/she called me yesterday Friday 07/23 that he/she will not be able to meet up with the appointment because of the time that he/she will come this morning by 10am or earlier up till now I never see no one.
