Previously purchases from local Big Sandy superstore in Lancaster, Ohio including Stove, Refrigerator, than Washer & Dryer, Microwave, and a recliner. I have had (2) issues with Stove & (1) issue with Dryer nothing I would consider major. Big Sandy customer care team...
