The quality of Russsel Stover chocolate has really dropped since last year. I routinely gave boxes of Russel Stover to friends and doormen for the holidays. I buy them for myself as well. Sadly, the quality is far worse that last year and one of my relatives even mentioned it to me. The Russell Stover boxes, says, "Elegant Collection" and "Decadent Private Reserve Chocolate Assortment" was no where near as good as it was in the past or even last year. The packaging looks about the same and I got fooled by that.
