I had this company come to my home and pump my tank once before and they only charged me $300. I called them two years later and asked for them to come pump my tank again and was informed that the price went up. I asked what was the new price and was informed that the new price was $350, I agreed to that price and that my tank would be pumped at that price. I then received an invoice telling me that I owed $504 because my tank was over filled. I was in no way informed before the pumping that I would be charged more, nor was I told before the pumping that I would be charged additional funds but I was. This company then tried to lie to me after I informed them that the funds are sitting in escrow and that I would gladly pay them the agreed upon price. They told me to have the Attorney General call them. Do not under any circumstances use this company unless the agreed upon price is in writing. I would love to find out if anyone else out there has been taken advantage of by this company because I would love to do a class action suit against them.
