I purchased Jersey Boys tickets from the website Broadway Tour (http://broadwaytour.net/) on January 18, 2013. I spent $218.82. They sent me an email telling me my purchase had been processed and will be fulfilled through a third party, Big Bob's Tickets. They told me my tickets would not be available until May 23, 2013, which I thought was odd since the theater had released and sold tickets in January. I attempted to contact Big Bob, but got no response. I contacted Broadway Tours repeatedly, but they assured me it wasn't a scam and the tickets would be delivered. I finally got an email from Big Bob's telling me the tickets would be delivered on May 23, 2013 and not to worry. Of course, May 23 came and went, and I haven't received the tickets. The two companies work together to scam the public, I believe. Both companies just point the finger at each other. BEWARE: Big Bob is a Big Rip-Off!!
