Big Bob Tickets did not deliver my tickets

In December we purchased 3 tickets online for the August 12th show of Lion King at the Theatre in Charlotte, NC. The Charlotte Theatre used a Third Party, Big Bob's Tickets. We did not have a choice, but instead were taken automatically to another sight. They were supposed to mail us our tickets by August 4th, but we have yet to receive our tickets. I have made several phone calls and e-mails and i have received 1 e-mail reply. We are out a couple hundred dollars. They have not returned phone calls or e-mails. I will be filing formal complaints wherever I can!
