I work in the dental field and we have always used Bic White Out at our practice. The most recent shipment we received was not up to the top quality we are used to in your product. It seems we have to go over an article 3 times before it actually covers. The drying time is also longer and that makes it very time consuming. It seems that the correction fluid is somewhat thinned out. If so we will no longer be using your product! As it does not work very well and people do notice the changes in the products. Judy
