Bias and False advertisers of Payday loans

1

A while back I opened a loan from WFCU and started to think of moving all my banking with them. Had my payroll directly deposited and was already going to close a previous banks account once all transactions has ceased. During that year my family suffered a terrible loss, and I along with it suffered some major setbacks in finances and wage but managed to pull through. In those tough times my loan started to fall behind but I managed to try and avoid many issues that would arise. Even during those tough times I had some miserable times dealing with this Credit Union. My other bank had sympathized with me and been with them for over 15 years. But WFCU started to show it's true colors and I decided to pull all my finances away from them and leave the loan and just have a payroll put money into that loan. As 2017 came to closes and 2018 came everything was in good standing and everything was started to fall back into place. I called to see if I can get a payday loan because they had the best rates, I thought all they needed was a pay stub and everything was fine. Turns out their false and misleading advert doesn't include that if you had a loan with them that fell behind or you have an account that at one point went south, your not going to get approved. So in actuality they are basing their payday loan on the performance of your bank account and or if you had a poor history in the past about your loans or finances. So what is this a payday loan or a loan altogether it certainly isn't a payday loan nor is it available to many people, only those that actually have excellent credit and hasn't default or was late in anything. Sorry but this is false and misleading advertisement and I hope they get nailed for it one day. I'm looking forward to getting his loan paid off and closing that account asap.
