BHN Provided me with Invalid $100 Debit Card

BHN website indicates card invalid also, it does not allow me to access transaction history. First call to them was on Nov 12, 2018. My next call to them is on Dec 11, 2018. My next call to them is on Dec 17, 2018. Transaction history they provided me on Dec 17, 2018...
