I currently live at their only Indiana property and this place is 100% awful. They NEVER do anything correctly when it comes to maintenance issues. It’s always *** if at all. You put in an complaint they drill you and make you prove it like you’re the one in the wrong not the issue at hand you’re putting complaint in on. They nickle & dime you to death for every little thing. Office staff are rude and treat you like a joke. They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve been at the office and have watched them screen their calls. Office staff is rude as is the maintenance staff. They patronize their residents. Everyone who lives on the property are to follow rules that are in the lease except staff members who live here. They do what they want and it’s ok but if s resident did the same the office would be in them like stink on *** There breed restrictions but yet those breed restrictions live here. You say something to the office all they say is well we have to go by what the vet says. Well news for you Bh management vets lie too!!!!! It’s clear as day when you see a pit that it’s a pit . There are several full blooded pits and pit mixes living at this property (Carmel Landing). I’ve personally have gone to office to complain but they don’t care. Even when I’ve shown them proof. I’ll be adding no photos or videos as it’ll do no good. I could continue but even this won’t get anything dealt with properly and permanently. Nothing will be done about any issues here at Carmel Landing Apts in Carmel Indiana. All Bh management wants and cares about is the almighty dollar not their residents who without them would they have their job!!!!!!
