The many awful reviews of this company are 100 percent correct. Incompetent would be too generous for this bunch of idiots. SAIA mistakenly sent an $18,500 item from Memphis to Jacksonville, Florida, instead of to Knoxville, causing this fragile item to be delayed by nearly a week and potentially stolen or destroyed. I have absolutely no confidence that I'll ever receive this shipment. The customer rep in Atlanta, Nita, assured me that she will provide an update. That NEVER happened. Do yourself a favor and find another shipper as I can promise you that you'll be disappointed in the service provided by SAIA. One star is too much for SAIA. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
