I also ordered the Hampton Loft system with the couch and two dressers for my 2 sons. (7 and 9) I also, spoke with customer service while ordering. Never once did they say that there was a price issue. Long story short... I spent hours getting approval from the boys. They had the tape measure out making sure it was all perfect. I verbally gave away their bedroom set because we had a new order confirmed. I get an email a day later saying that they made an error and canceled my order. I deserved a phone call at the least and what about my 2 dressers? I have not found the courage yet to break the boys heart. That’s a big deal when they have planned their new rooms already! To make matters worse they have not responded to my email. I understand that maybe you lose a bit when there is an error but come on. I paid $400 for shipping add the padding of that to what I was charged and I’m pretty certain that they were close to covered on cost. I have been a customer for years but after that.. No thanks!!
