I have had their service since 2017, months after the install i Istarted having issues with the doorbell camera, it would work sporadically and we just let it be. 2018 comes around and the camera no longer works at all, I start calling for a tech and was told that the doorbell camera was defective and they were getting in a shipment of new ones which i would get, over the course of 6 months I have had over 7 appointments made with no one ever showing up and resulting in me losing two days of work before I learned my lesson. Jan 2019 I get another appointment - tech is a NO SHOW, so at my wits end I call, and this time I am told that I am no longer under warranty for my equipment so I will have to pay out of pocket for all equipment changes ($370)! If I want out my contract which *** yes i do, I have to for over almost $2000 to buy them out, or, I can pay $10 extra a month for warranty. I have been paying for services I have not had in full for 2 years and have been getting promises of having equipment changes for 6 months only to now be fed this BS. Though the CSR's are good they can really affect no change. This company has no respect or regard for their customer and should really be investigated. I seriously don't know who to turn to or where to go with this situation. If anyone has any advice please share........
