Beyond aggressive
Unfortunately, my husband isn't ready to throw in the towel. They are nice properties but we'll never get what we paid for them. Since I bought under duress and because of high-pressure, downright pushy sales reps, I've regretted the purchase ever since. They won't give up. I/we still get pushed to attend "owners briefs," which as you all know are "code" for high-pressure sales push. Now that I know what they're all about I very abruptly decline. Last time they reined surprise at my mention of their techniques. I've heard that "fake" surprise act before. I bought in 2012. Our deeds are paid off and husband pays maintenance fees, otherwise, I would've dumped them long ago. I'd like to rent out weeks while we still have them. But they are beyond pushy and are just as pushy under Holiday Club Inn as when they were still Silverleaf.
