Beware to sign contract with their Vendor

On 7/17/19 I subscribed to Click2Go Travel Program thru Resort Exchange National Travel / Ren Travel, LLC a duly appointed VENDOR of Click2Go Travel Program (Contract # 300618). There's a Click2Go Travel logo on the Program Terms and Conditions. I cancelled the contract on 7/18/19. Mr. Sean Stacy, the GM of REN Travel, received the cancellation, and he said he will expedite to issue a REFUND of $3000.00. I called again and again, but until now after 4 months, I have not received the REFUND. As a senior I need the money. I hope Click2Go Travel Program, as a business partner of REN Travel (as REN Travel is their VENDOR), and as on the Payment Authorization / Release it's mentioned $249.00 was paid direct to Click2Go Travel, would push REN Travel to send the REFUND to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
