I ordered a doll. Was told payment failed, order canceled, please reorder. So I reordered, same thing, saying my billing address wasn't correct on my account, order canceled. I finally purchased through PayPal. Doll delivered the next day, extremely disappointed, initiated return. First charge showed up... not through PayPal. Sent it back, but a few days later a second charge. The 3rd popped up the same day I refused delivery of the second doll. They've argued with me, said there's only one order, blocked my email, etc. I've held on the phone for up to 3 hours, more than once, never answered. Chat blows me off, and now emails are blocked. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE User's recommendation: Beware.
