BEWARE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE GOFF'S EQUIPMENT. THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OR THEIR BUSINESS. WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN. WHY ? BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. PERIOD. I MADE A DEAL WITH THEM ON A STIHL POLE SAW AND WE AGREED TO DO THE TRANSACTION ON THE WEEKEND, WHEN I WAS AVAILABLE. I DROVE 140 MILES WITH CASH IN HAND AND THE SHOP WAS CLOSED WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 3PM. I TRIED CALLING AND GOT A MACHINE. I TEXTED MY CONTACT 5 TIMES AND WAITED AN HOUR. NOTHING. I REPEAT, NOTHING. I WAITED IN THE LOT FOR 1 HOUR THEN LEFT. 280 MILES DRIVEN, 55 DOLLARS IN GAS AND TOLLS AND 6 HOURS OF MY ONLY DAY OFF WAISTED. DO YOU THINK GOFF'S EQUIPMENT CARES / ABSOLUTELY NOT. FIND ANOTHER SHOP IN THE AREA. IT WILL BE THE BEST THING FOR YOUR BUSINESS. TRUST ME.
