Beware ordering online

On 2/22/20 I ordered online. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. When I went to pick up my food the San Bruno location in California was closed. There was a sign, Closed due to emergency. I had no way to contact anyone to cancel this order. The answering machine message did not state that this location was closed. I now have to dispute charges with my credit card company.
