Like my name says, I am a very honest person and I will give an honest review about this garage. Beware of this garage called REDHEAD MOTORS based in Wolverhampton when seeking a vehicle. They are dodgy and you will forever be spending money on your car. I have had so much problems with my vehicle that I had driven my car for a few months until it started giving problems, two months exact. Having gone to them about this they refused to fix or even find the problem with my car but instead decided to tell me that it was my problem and not their responsibility anymore. Having spoken to a guy who works for a driving company he also told me how they used to sell dodgy diesel. Well,well,well. That just says it all doesn't it. Maybe I was unlucky and they tried to get rid of this car or maybe other drivers have experienced problems with their vehicles but I will say this, go else where with your money and don't waste it at this garage. Even if they do appear to sell their cars cheap, because cheap things always turns out to be more expensive. I have reported them to a big company who may choose to investigate this complaint and I will also be spreading the news about this garage because they are dodgy and dishonest people and liars. They are also rude people and one of the workers who did not want to know about the car kept making me aware that it was his lunch break. What kind of customer service is that? Having spoken to two of the main workers there they both refused to give their first names and would not disclose who sold me the vehicle at the time. My question is, if they sold me a vehicle that was fit for purpose why lie or even hesitate about who sold me the vehicle? I hope they are reading this because I will never STOP talking about this garage. What goes around comes around and I will find legal ways to get my story heard. With all the evidence I have kept such as invoices, receipts, transcripts from conversation. I hope people will read this review and come to their senses and choose not to buy their cars.
