Beware of the express care mobile service

I used the Cleveland Clinic Express Care On line service. I was referred to a physician who did a very nice job of treating my concerns, however, it turns out that the doctor I interacted with was NOT a CCF employee and my insurance company (BC/BS) considered them "out of network" and I had to pay for the service. As I had the flu, and was not attentive to the situation, I must have missed any warnings that the doctor I interacted with was going to be paid solely by me. Appeals to the insurance company and the CCF Ombudsman office yielded no resolution. So, while the cost is not much, I must say the fact that there is a likelihood that I will have to pay to use the service is certainly a disincentive to ever using it again.
