Beware of SteelSeries Products.. Even the most expensive products aren’t taken care of.

Purchased the Arctis Pro GameDac. The Headset audio and microphone are incredible. I would put it on par with much more expensive headsets. This would be one of the best devices on the market if other aspects of the headset followed suit but that simply isn't the case. I purchased and under light use the headset broke at the plastic pivot point less than 3 months after purchase of the device. I reached out to SteelSeries and they have been less than responsive. I get a response about every 12 days and that is just to say we don't currently have your headset in stock. Please try again later. I have been trying to get a replacement for over a month now. with virtually no forward movement on the RMA. User's recommendation: *Stay Away* Expensive and Service is Horrible.
