Yesterday I picked up MAZE Speed smartphone from a Safety Net rep. She was selling them from underneath a tent in Panorama City, CA. At first the phone was fine. 2 hr later, after an OTA was completed, the pattern lock on the phone no longer accepted my code and has appeared to completely and permanently made my new device useless to me!! What can I do? The rep. I got it from won't help. Sincerely upset, Michele
