I had gotten an incorrect social from a client. I put it in and efiled and extension. I got a reject and the client informed me the social was off a digit. Drake customer service REFUSED a refund and I was forced to purchase another $24 return. I WILL NOT be back...as this is just ridiculous! Obviously the return was not USED, it's as easy as that. POOR POOR decision. I will also tell all providers in my CPA study group to AVOID this company!
