I called them actually thinking it was Delta Customer service (this number popped up), then got roped into some deal where they would cancel my other ticket and book a discounted one on United. After 24 hours the ticket still wasn't booked (and we are leaving on Monday) so I just decided to book direct through the airline. The sales rep (John) left me message after message saying that he has blacklisted me from every flight, and will I ensure that I will never travel again. He also told me to *** OFF. I think it all a total rip off and scam and a shame it appears on the top google results when searching "Delta Customer Service" (I was on my phone so didn't see that it was an ad). Anyway, avoid at all costs.
