My comments and my review are both perfectly genuine. I do NOT like leaving negative reviews but in the case of Solartherm's refusal to accept responsibility for damaging/breaking tiles on my roof...in Shropshire...and for basically calling me a liar then your actions make me a Pissed Consumer. You boast of your expertise, care, professionalism and after-sales service, yet your installation team did NOT use any climbing boards or scaffolding...just clambered over the roof tiles and took very little time (or care) in completing the work. I am an 80 year old pensioner - do Solartherm seriously think that I would have caused the damage myself?? The claim for repairs & replacement tiles came to less than £250 yet this has been rejected. So much for your after-sales service!
