He uses mail fraud and deceptive telemarketing to hard sell elderly into buying unsuitable annuities. He has tricked elderly people to investing a total of over $1,000,000 in a group real estate investment, when in reality it was for his own residence. This house is only worth $741,670, it has no equity because none of the $700,000 principle has been paid, and Patrick James Lemieux currently owes over $1.4 million. He has also been known to forge and falsify documents and use notaries as his accomplices. One victim of his scam was found dead just 8 months after giving $300,000 to Patrick James Lemieux.
