(1) the tech was one hour late beyond the promised 5 hour window; (2) the tech did no diagnostics, just unscrewed a plate to look at the compressor, and then told me he could not fix the refrigerator; (3) the tech knew before he arrived that he was going charge me for a trip fee... This company did NOTHING but scam me for money. No follow up. No paperwork. No discussion by owner or manager. Nothing. This company scammed money and left behind a non-functioning refrigerator.
