BEWARE DO NOT USE AARP EXPEDIA TRAVEL

1

I called to book a cruise for my 30th wedding anniversary on January 1,2020. It was a holiday so they had difficulty getting my card approved so I just used another card. In the meantime as customer service switched from screen to screen she booked the wrong cruise. I got an email on 1/1/2020 that no need to contact them as my cruise was paid in full. On 1/20/2020 I had no communication so I emailed asking how to go on the site and register early. I got an email to register and as I was looking around on the site I noticed I was booked on the wrong cruise and cruise liner. Apparently there was 6 cruises leaving from Miami at the same date and port. So I diligently called to see if they could rectify this for me. They stated they listened to the tape and that was the cruise I booked was final. I did not get to see the transcript or hear the conversation, as I know I was talking about a private island in the Bahamas that was owned by Noregian that would have cleared this all up. Instead they booked me on Royal Carribean. I was told I could get 600 dollars back of my 1800 dollars. I figured since they were through AARP that this was a safe and reputable company was I ever wrong. BEWARE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM AARP EXPEDIA TRAVEL
