I had one bouquet in my cart when I clicked on 'submit order' but was charged for two. If you browse the website more than once in different windows, it saves (but doesn't show) whatever you had looked at in other sessions. I contacted live chat support immediately and was assured that the duplicate bouquet had been cancelled and I would receive a refund for the second one. Two bouquets were delivered, and no refund was issued. I emailed customer service with no reply, and couldn't get through by phone. I was told by a second live chat agent that "they don't issue refunds" and that a manager would contact me ASAP. The issue remains unresolved twelve days later. I was sending condolence flowers, and it's already a stressful time with many people experiencing financial strain and furloughs. Being stung with an $88 bill for a $25 bouquet due to a buggy website, and then not getting the promised refund proves how little Bloomex cares about their customers.
