Better off paying more on Amazon

I placed an order and they sent me the wrong items. Even thought the packing list was correct, they sent wrong items. Now I have to pay for the return shipping to sent it back. They told me that I could send copy of the shipping cost but it will take up to six weeks for a decision to reimburse the money. I wanted to save a couple of bucks and now I don't have the item and have to beg for a refund. Next time I will buy it on Amazon, they have better returning policies.
