Better before ACP took over

Things were so much better before ACP took over. You wait for 7 minutes before getting a representative. Its nothing but a lousy call center. Half the time they don't deliver messages. Even just to inform doctor youre running late, you have to go thru call center. They're trying to make everyone use website and its a horrible idea. Referral time sucks.
