I bought a car from Lithia Motors in Lodi CA, specifically Lithia Toyota which was once Giviki Toyota. I wast sure if I would qualify because my credit is well bellow "Less than Perfect" however, I met the most amazing sales person who I had the pleasure of spending the day with! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! He walked me thru the entire process! I never felt pressured and I truly enjoyed myself. It felt like I'd known him forever, we test drover the vehicle I own today, out to my house to get my husband, who agreed that Chris felt like family!! I had more fun that day than I ever thought possible!! Chris bent over backward to get us into the vehicle we chose and made the process fun, and left me well informed! I'm paying a bit more than I'd like but that's due to the financing I qualified for and nothing to do with the hard work Chris put in to getting me the best possible deal! He has been in contact with our family because we've been looking for a specific used model for a long time, Chris found it in one day!! ONE DAY!! and went as far as to offer to have it brought to our home town so we didn't have to travel in order to view it!! to say that he went above and beyond is a huge understatement!! unfortunately we couldn't afford to purchase that second vehicle, but I know when we are ready Chris will track one down! Lithia Motors is lucky to have a super star like they have in Chris!! When I buy a car in the future it WILL be from him! its been some time since we bought our car however he still contacts me out of the blue just to check up on us, to see if there is anything he can do and if we are still happy with our purchase!! I feel blessed to have him as my "go-to-car guy" and Lithia should be overjoyed that you have a truly amazing employee!! on a side not TY in the service department is cut from the same cloth! always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating!! He's very easy to work with and even when he is slammed with a ton of customers, he makes a point to make you feel like you have his full attention and you are the most important person there! I don't know how he makes everyone in a group feel like #1 but somehow he's figured it out!! I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car go see Chris and if you need top of the line, fast, friendly service go see TY! they continue to make my experience enjoyable!
