Having considered the materials submitted in accordance with the LVP Rules, I hereby find as follows: The statements in the reviews are more likely than not false and defamatory and, therefore, violate PissedConsumer’s Terms of Use. Accordingly, I recommend that, for reviews #140**** & #142**** found at https://berkeley-assets.pissedconsumer.com/review.html, the review titles be regenerated based on the Pissed Consumer internal algorithm and that the content of the reviews and the comments posted thereto be removed in their entirety.
