We purchased the Lane Benson living room set in a dark brown faux leather (sofa, chair, recliner, ottoman) in summer 2012 from an online store. The first set arrived with a busted couch and chair (looked like it had been thrown off the truck) and damage to all pieces on the corners etc. they replaced the couch and chair only when the entire set should have been replaced!! There was no resolve so we moved on with life and then around summer 2015 we noticed our sofa faux leather fabric starting to show signs of cracking across the back and seat cushions?? Now it's December and the faux is flaking off the fabric backing. Lane's warranty is only one year and that's fine because most folks will not experience any trouble with their furniture outside of abuse, but in our case we take care of what we own and for that reason I really feel that the right thing for Lane furniture todo is replace the sofa. The other pieces seem ok for now.
