Benefits Plus is a SCAM

I opted to pay for Benefits Plus in case of job loss, disability, etc. Well that time came where I was put on disability. I filed a claim on 12/9/16 and provided all the required documents as per their site. I have called their customer service on or about 1/10/17 and was told there was a backlog of claims, to call back the end of the month. I followed up and was told they sent me an email requesting the doctor note and separation of employment. First off, there is not email from them, I searched my entire mailbox and spam folder. I indicated that this was sent over in the email sent on 12/9/16. It was also indicated that the store has not responded. I have sent the email 2 times since with no response. Since I am on disability and paid for this service / benefit, I feel that Benefits Plus should make good on this benefit. Since I do not want to be in default, I continue to make my payment, as a result, I am unable to afford 2 medications I need to assist with my Multiple Sclerosis. It is amazing how you opt in for this benefit and they do not assist when there is a need.
